Store terms and conditions

Version dated 16.10.2026.

1. Seller and contact

The Jurassic Lures shop is operated by JURASSIC LURES TOMASZ KOTARSKI, ul. Grunwaldzka 18, 42-226 Częstochowa, Poland, NIP 9492069455, REGON 540829915. Contact: tom@tkart.eu, tel. +48 669 218 576. This is also the address for correspondence, returns and complaints.

2. Products, prices and orders

The shop offers fishing lures and accessories. Before ordering, check the product description, model, colour, size, price, availability and stated processing time. Handmade production may cause minor differences in details; this does not limit statutory rights concerning conformity with the contract.

Place an order by adding the chosen variations to the basket, entering fulfilment details, choosing an available delivery and payment method, and confirming with a button indicating an obligation to pay. Before confirmation, you can see the ordered products, selected currency, total amount due, applicable taxes and delivery costs. We send order confirmation and information needed for fulfilment to the email address provided. An account is not required to place a standard order.

Custom paintwork or personalisation requires agreement on specifications, price and timing before an individual order is accepted. Handmade production alone does not mean a product is personalised.

3. Payment and delivery

The payment and delivery methods available for the particular order apply. Delivery costs and conditions are shown before ordering. For made-to-order products, the deadline stated on the website or individually agreed applies. If an obstacle prevents fulfilment on the stated terms, we will contact the buyer to agree a solution; we do not substitute another product without their consent.

4. Right of withdrawal

A consumer entering into a distance contract may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods; for goods delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item. Send the notice by email or post using the seller’s details. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient to meet the time limit.

Return the goods to the seller’s address no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The buyer bears the direct return cost. The buyer is liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing original packaging does not by itself exclude the right of withdrawal.

We refund payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered for the order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice. We may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the same payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method at no additional cost.

An exception applies in particular to non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised needs, where the statutory conditions for the exception are met. A standard handmade product chosen from the shop’s range is not excluded from withdrawal solely because it is handmade.

5. Complaints and conformity with the contract

The seller is responsible for conformity of the goods with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Consumers may request repair or replacement and, in cases specified by law, a price reduction or withdrawal. Handmade differences do not justify non-conformity with an agreed description or sample.

Complaints may be sent by email or post. Provide details identifying the purchase, a description of the problem and the remedy requested; photos may help but are not a mandatory condition for accepting a complaint. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days. The seller bears the costs of meeting its obligations for non-conformity. A carrier’s damage report may help establish transit damage, but its absence does not remove statutory rights.

6. Accounts and electronic services

Using the shop requires a browser with internet access and support for essential cookies, and ordering also requires a working email address. Accounts are voluntary and free of charge. Protect your password and provide accurate details. Do not submit unlawful content or disrupt the website. Account deletion may be requested by email; data required for accounting or the protection of claims may remain for the legally applicable period.

The Hunter’s Club has separate terms covering points, rewards, photos and licences. Complaints about the website or account may be sent to the seller’s contact address.

7. Data protection and dispute resolution

Data processing rules are described in the privacy policy available in the shop. Consumers may seek assistance from a consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection and information on out-of-court dispute resolution provided by UOKiK. If a complaint remains unresolved, we provide the legally required information about further dispute-resolution procedures.

Polish law applies while preserving mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable in the consumer’s country. Consumer rights also extend to natural persons entering into a business-related contract where legislation grants them consumer protection in the relevant scope. Changes to these terms do not limit rights arising from orders already placed.
